We are now looking for an experienced field service engineer with electrical experience to join a truly Global business.
The Role:
As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
- To Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs and replacements of parts to restore functionality.
- Installation and Commissioning of digital print equipment at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to specifications.
Requirements:
As an applicant for the position of Field Service Engineer you will have the following:
- An excellent understanding of digital print equipment preferably experienced in work on machinery up to 3.2m
- Experienced in electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
- Professional use of the English language for relationships with multinational clients
- Based in Benelux region
- Full Clean Drivers License
