The Role:
As Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for:
- The Development and delivery of comprehensive sales strategies, successfully aligning with the overall business direction
- Global forecasting and budgeting of sales with the ability to translate goals across multiple global business units
- Senior level sales channel development, identifying and capitalising on business growth and expansion opportunities
- Overseeing global Market and Competitor analysis
- Management of senior level international sales and commercial teams
Requirements:
As an applicant for the position of CSO you will have the following:
- A strong and proven global leadership background working at a senior level within multi – sales team packaging or materials environments
- A senior sales leadership background within Paper based packaging solutions would be considered highly advantageous
- Exposure to operating at senior levels within global blue-chip brands
- Fluent business level spoken and written English
- Based within Central or Western Europe
