The Role – Business Sales Director
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Business Sales Director will take ownership of developing and executing the European sales strategy while managing key commercial relationships and leading regional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across European markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Regional Sales Team to achieve commercial targets
- Build and expand relationships with existing blue-chip and multinational accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the aluminium and flexible packaging sectors
- Work closely with technical and production teams to deliver solution-led packaging strategies for clients
- Conduct regular client visits across Europe to strengthen partnerships and support business development activities
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to support long-term growth initiatives
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this Business Sales Director opportunity, candidates should possess:
- Proven sales leadership experience within the aluminium packaging, printed flexible packaging, or industrial packaging industry
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing key accounts at a European level
- Previous experience managing and developing successful sales teams
- Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requirements simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking and solution-based sales approach
- Willingness to travel internationally across Europe as required
- Based in Poland or the Czech Republic
- Full, clean driving licence
