Alongside this, major investment has been made into modern, high-spec converting equipment to increase capacity, improve consistency, and support more complex customer requirements.
The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to support its expanding corrugated packaging operations in Texas. This role is critical to ensuring maximum equipment uptime, production efficiency, and overall plant performance.
The Role:
As Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on corrugated converting equipment
- Maintain and repair in-line flexo folder gluers (FFG), die cutters, slotters, and printers
- Diagnose faults quickly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Work closely with production teams to improve machine performance and efficiency
- Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of new equipment in the upgraded facility
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Requirements:
As an applicant for the position, you will have the following:
- Proven hands-on experience maintaining corrugated packaging machinery
- Strong expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems
- Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining Chinese-built corrugated equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure
