We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market presence across the Iberian region. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s portfolio of flexible packaging solutions
The Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Secure new business opportunities across Spain, while maintaining and growing existing key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions aligned with Coveris’ product portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Implement sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, technical, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management.
Requirements:
As an applicant for the position you will have the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; ability to present solutions persuasively to multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management, within the flexible packaging
- Strong understanding of the Spanish packaging market, key customers, and industry trends.
- Based in Spain
- Full Clean Drivers License
