The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary commercial leader to take ownership of all regional commercial activities in Europe. The successful candidate will shape and execute strategic initiatives, strengthen key client relationships, and lead a talented team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the European commercial strategy in alignment with global objectives with full regional P&L responsibility

Oversee all aspects of commercial operations, including Sales, Marketing, Key account management, and Customer Experience

Grow business with established multinational clients and identify new opportunities for expansion

Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing commercial team across multiple European markets

Foster long-term relationships with major beauty brands, retailers, and industry partners

Monitor market dynamics to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage

Collaborate closely with global leadership and operations to ensure seamless execution
